Setting the link speed

By factory default, the link speed is set to AUTO. Use the following procedure to set a specific speed:

  1. Press Menu to enter the MENUS.

  2. Press HP 3550 3700 arrow down Setting the link speed to highlight Configure Device.

  3. Press HP 3550 3700 checkmark Setting the link speed to select Configure Device.

  4. Press HP 3550 3700 arrow down Setting the link speed to highlight I/O SUBMENU.

  5. Press HP 3550 3700 checkmark Setting the link speed to select I/O SUBMENU.

  6. Press HP 3550 3700 arrow down Setting the link speed to highlight EIO 1.

  7. Press HP 3550 3700 checkmark Setting the link speed to select EIO 1.

  8. Press HP 3550 3700 arrow down Setting the link speed to highlight LINK SPEED.

  9. Press HP 3550 3700 checkmark Setting the link speed to select LINK SPEED.

  10. Press HP 3550 3700 arrow down Setting the link speed to highlight the desired link speed.

  11. Press HP 3550 3700 checkmark Setting the link speed to select the desired link speed.

  12. Press Menu to return to the Ready state.
